Art Laffer

Here’s what Dr. Arthur Laffer told Yorktown University about peer review journals in Economics: “Before I went to work for George Schulz in the Nixon Administration’s Office of Management and Budget, I could publish my research peer review journals. After working for the Nixon Administration, I couldn’t get anything published.”

Sincerely yours,
