Monte Hancock Monte Hancock is Chief Scientist for Celestech, Inc., a company focused on creating innovative solutions in computing, communications, analytics, and signal processing.  Mr. Hancock earned the Master of Science in Mathematics from Syracuse University and earned the Bachelor Arts in Mathematics from Rice University.

During his distinguished career he has published Data Mining Explained (2001) and Practical Data Mining (2011) and served on professional panels for conferences of the Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics and Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining.  Mr. Hancock's professional papers have focused on data mining, image analytics, human cognition and customer profiling.  He has served as a technical advisor to various government agencies, schools and universities, and as a grant reviewer for the National Science Foundation.  In his community Mr. Hancock teaches New Testament Greek at a local Christian school and is a past chairman of the Florida Parent Educators Association.
